I have a great dane and just got a second one, and the midwest xxl crate is about the only one big enough for a dane.i have both this crate, the 54"x35"x45" with a single door on the front, and the slightly bigger 54"x37"x45" model with two doors that i got at another website for my first dane.. Great dane crate size. given the size of this dog, it is no wonder that you would need a big crate to confine it. if you want to travel with it, you will need a car which can accommodate the large size of the crate..
